Sanctuary Renovation & Rejuvenation Project

This month we are collecting contributions to update the sanctuary space with new lighting, carpet, paint, ceiling and acoustic improvements.

The renovation proposal is in its second year of gaining momentum. We are already almost halfway to the goal of raising $50,000 for this capital improvement, and for every additional contribution, we have a generous matching grant to help us reach our goal! We have a target date of March 1st to receive contributions and pledges for this capital project. Then we will begin the annual pledge drive for next year’s church operating budget.

Unitarian Universalists have had a home in Pensacola for over fifty years. We have enjoyed the beautiful church campus on Pensacola Boulevard with the Memorial Garden (and its redbud trees now in bloom) for nearly fifteen years. As we continue to make our presence known and active in the larger Pensacola community, an updated and rejuvenated sanctuary space will dramatically enhance our time together and the welcoming space we create for others to join us.
